Smash…I have feelings!  

I was blown away by the pilot episode. They did such a wonderful job with the show. This is what happens when you have someone like Steven Spielberg behind a production, you get good solid material for a show. The songs are great, the cast is amazing especially Anjelica Huston because she is flawless, and it captures the spirit of putting a new Broadway show together. And I’m so excited to see Raza Jaffrey in the show. Btw Jack Davenport, hi, I love you.

My only complaint is putting Megan Hilty in that dress for the final scene. It wasn’t the best Marilyn dress. The Stop Staring red cherry dress that Katharine McPhee wore looked beautiful on her. And I laughed at the Catch Me If You Can poster in the previews.

Basically this show is what Ryan Murphy wished Glee turned out to be, but couldn’t get it because he sucks at life.
